"Held Up Better Than Expected"
I was surprised by how well my sign and letters held up outside. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the weather, but they’ve stayed looking good so far. I’d say they’re worth considering if you need something for outdoor use.

My order actually showed up a little faster than I was expecting. It wasn’t instant or anything, but for something custom, the timing felt totally reasonable. The turnaround was solid overall, and I appreciated not having to wait as long as I thought I might.

I ordered a few custom pieces from craftcuts after I paid I started getting a little unsure and wondering if everything would come out right. But the pieces showed up cut spot on. The edges lined up great and the sizes were exactly what I sent in, which made my project so much easier. I’d use them again

"Fair price and worth it"
I ordered a custom wood cutout from CraftCuts the price felt fair. I checked a few other sites first, and they weren’t trying to charge way more for basically the same thing. Shipping was normal too, with no weird surprise fee popping up at checkout. If anything, I blame myself for spending so much time comparing places before just ordering it. For a custom piece, I thought it was worth it and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Easy ordering, but I felt a little uneasy after paying"
Ordering from craftcuts was easy overall. I found what I needed quickly, picked the size and options, and checkout went through without any issues. I did like that the pricing and details were clear before I paid. After the payment went through, though, I felt a little unsure and kept wondering if everything was actually going to process correctly. It wasn’t anything terrible, just that moment of distrust after paying online. In the end, the process only took a few minutes, and I’d probably use them again

"Clean cuts and solid quality"
The letters came out really clean and looked sturdy. I did have to sand one edge a little, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the craftsmanship was nice and worked well for my project. A friend had actually recommended these to me, and I’m glad I gave them a try.

"Really impressed with the painted letters"
I ordered some painted letters from craftcuts.com they turned out better than I expected?? The finish was super smooth, the color was even, and I didn’t notice any weird streaks or rough spots. They looked clean right out of the box and matched what I needed really well. I was a little worried they might chip easily, but so far they feel solid. Overall, I’m really happy with them.

Ordered a custom wood cut from craftcuts i’m happy with it. I looked around at a few other places first, and some of those prices were just plain stupid. This one actually fit my budget without feeling like a ripoff. The piece showed up clean, cut nicely, and packed well too, which was a relief because shipping can be a pain in the ass. For the money, I’d definitely order again if I need another project done.

"Now I’m the favorite gift-giver"
I ordered a custom wood cutout as a gift it turned out really nice. My sister loved it and kept saying it felt way more personal than the usual store-bought stuff, so I guess it’s their fault now that I have to step up my gift game. Shipping was smooth too. I’d definitely use them again for birthdays.

"Stain finish came out REALLY nice"

My order from Craftcuts.com arrived in really good shape. the second I opened the box, I had a good feeling about it because everything was snug and well protected. None of the pieces were bent or scratched, and even the box looked clean. Just felt like they took a little extra care with the shipping, which I really appreciated.

I was a little unsure when I placed the order because custom stuff can be hit or miss, and I spent way too long double-checking my measurements before sending it in. The letters showed up looking clean, packaged fine, and once I set them where they were going, I realized the size was exactly what I had measured for. "Worked out better than I expected"
I ordered some mounting hardware from CraftCuts for a sign I was putting up at home. When it showed up, everything was packed well and the pieces matched what I picked online, so that was good. At first I was kind of annoyed because the instructions weren’t super clear and I had to stop and double-check which pieces went where. But then once I figured it out, I was like, okay, never mind, this is actually solid. The sign feels secure and it did what I needed it to do. Not totally perfect, but I’d order from them again if I needed more hardware.
